This process starts with the New Product Development Team. They create the dishes with the aid of market research to determine current trends. The Product Champions then work in a hands-on role throughout the factory training teams in new product preparation and make-up to ensure that dishes not only taste good but also look authentic to their country of origin.
Once the dishes have the all important seal of approval they then move into production. K K’s continual investing in state of the art machinery enables them to combine large-scale production with traditional cooking methods and produce dishes with a hand made appearance. Naturally the highly skilled and dedicated staff work to ensure that all products meet stringent quality guidelines.
